Breaking Dawn Part Two release to coincide with apocalypse

It’s long been known that the final book in Stephanie Meyer’s Twilight Saga – Breaking Dawn – would be broken into two separate films. Summit Entertainment have announced that Part One will hit cinemas November 18, 2011, while Part Two will arrive November 16, 2012.

Is it a coincidence that Breaking Dawn, the final instalment of the box-office-busting series, arrives in cinemas a mere month before the predicted end of the world? Probably. Still, if the tectonic plates do decide to disintegrate December 2012, I’ll die a happy man having finally seen the outrageous events that transpire in Meyers’ book brought to the screen.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, will be directed by Bill Condon, and stars Sulky, Sparkly and Shirtless.
