Bruce Willis in negotiations for G.I. Joe 2

Stunt casting, or just plain perfect casting? Bruce Willis is in talks to star as the eponymous Joe in G.I. Joe 2.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Willis would play General Joe Colton, who, according to comic lore, kick started the strike team and earned the nickname G.I. Joe.

Channing Tatum, Dwayne Johnson, Adrianne Palicki and RZA have already been cast in Jon M. Chu‘s upcoming sequel.

It arrives in cinemas June 2012.

    heehee Willis could take on any army and win. Is the Rock really his side kick? Too funny.
