Joel Edgerton will write, produce, and star in a new film entitled Felony, Deadline reports.
The pic concerns a police officer who accidentally runs a young cyclist off the road, and then lies while making a statement to another officer.
The Solution Entertainment Group sorted out financing for the film at Cannes.
Matthew Saville (Noise) will direct.
