Michael K. Williams joins Steve McQueen’s Twelve Years a Slave

The Wire and Boardwalk Empire‘s Michael K. Williams has joined the cast of Steve McQueen‘s new movie Twelve Years a Slave, Deadline reports. Williams will play a “mutinous slave” in the adaptation of Solomon Northup’s 1853 novel.
